At Caffenation, we strive for the highest quality in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 14 days of purchase. If your coffee arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return your item or report a quality issue.
Verify Eligibility
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are unopened and in original packaging, or verify the quality concern for coffee products.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack your non-perishable items in their original box to prevent damage during the return transit to our roastery.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement bag of coffee.
